Location: Manufacturing Coffee Plant– Binh Duong VSIP2
1. Job Purpose
To lead the Human Resources function at the manufacturing plant — acting as a strategic business partner to Plant Leadership, ensuring workforce capability, employee engagement, compliance, and productivity that enable sustainable operational excellence.
2. Key Responsibilities
• Translate corporate HR strategy into people initiatives and execution plans for the Coffee Plant.
• Partner closely with Plant Leadership to support business priorities, operational efficiency and workforce productivity.
• Collaborate with Plant Manager on manpower planning, workforce structure and productivity initiatives.
• Ensure optimal workforce mix and effective organization design to support operational goals.
• Monitor manpower cost, overtime utilization and workforce productivity.
• Lead recruitment strategy and oversee hiring for managerial, professional and technical roles.
• Supervise blue-collar hiring activities and ensure effective onboarding programs.
• Identify capability gaps and implement training programs aligned with operational excellence initiatives (TPM, Lean, E&T).
• Support leadership development and capability building for plant supervisors and managers.
• Maintain harmonious labor relations and handle employee relations matters proactively.
• Partner with Trade Union and manage collective labor relations.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and action plans following engagement surveys.
• Facilitate performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews and under performance management.
• Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Law, Social Insurance regulations and company policies.
• Manage labor inspections, audits and statutory compliance requirements.
• Develop and monitor HR dashboards including headcount, attrition, absenteeism, productivity and manpower cost.
• Provide HR insights to support management decision making.
• Collaborate with EHS and HRD to promote employee wellbeing and workplace safety initiatives.
• Promote company values and drive cultural initiatives across the plant.
• Support organizational change and transformation initiatives.
