ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-impact Business Development Manager to drive clinical partnerships and accelerate B2B revenue growth.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare and premium retail—responsible for building in-clinic partnerships with hospitals/eye care providers while unlocking new revenue streams through corporate alliances. You will lead end-to-end deal execution and activate off-site sales channels that generate measurable traffic and revenue beyond traditional retail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and prioritize high-potential hospital partners and corporate clients aligned with target segments and expansion strategy
  • Solution Selling: Pitch integrated “Optical Store” and “Corporate Vision Care” solutions to hospital leadership, HR, and decision-makers
  • B2B Partnerships: Build and close corporate partnerships, including employee benefit programs and wellness initiatives
  • Off-site Activation: Execute pop-ups, vision screening days, and on-site sales events to drive external revenue
  • Deal Execution: Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract negotiation and signing (lease/MOU)
  • Account Management: Maintain strong partner relationships to ensure retention, renewals, and ongoing collaboration
  • Traffic & Referral Optimization: Implement structured referral flows and tracking mechanisms (e.g., corporate codes, vouchers)
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor healthcare trends, competitor activities, and regulatory landscape to refine go-to-market strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: 5+ years in Business Development, Medical Sales, or Corporate B2B Sales
  • Industry Exposure: Proven ability to navigate healthcare systems or manage large enterprise accounts
  • Commercial Drive: Strong hunter mindset with a track record of closing high-value deals; exposure to event-based selling is a plus
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; able to translate complex models into compelling value propositions
  • Relationship Management: Experience driving long-term partnerships and recurring revenue

SUCCESS METRICS (KPIS)

  • Partnership Conversion Rate: % of targeted partners converted into signed agreements
  • B2B Revenue Contribution: Revenue generated from corporate programs and off-site activations
  • Attributed Foot Traffic: Customers acquired via corporate referrals, vouchers, or partner channels
